mantras & journal prompts

  • This week’s mantra: Let July be July. Let August be August. And let yourself just be even in uncertainty. You don’t have to fix everything. You don’t have to solve everything. And you can still find peace and grow in the wild of changing things.

  • This week’s journal prompts: Finding Your Why

    • What does living in your truth mean to you and how can you make it a reality if it isn’t already?

    • If money or responsibilities weren’t a factor in life, what would your life look like - describe it in detail. How can you make that life your reality?

    • What is holding you back in life? Be honest - how can you move past these things?

  • This weeks update: This week was a soulful one for me, filled with deep reflection about where I want to channel my energy and focus in the next six months. I found myself revisiting an old friend—my own episode on embracing change—because some tough realizations started to stir up a bit of anxiety in me. It was such a surreal experience listening back to my thoughts from almost six months ago when I was really going through something intense. Now, here I am, facing another wave of change.

I’ve never been one to love change, but hearing my own voice talk about moving through the scary parts of it with grace was like receiving a gentle reminder from my past self. It’s funny how our own words can come back to guide us when we need them most. That’s my magic moment of the week—realizing that even in the face of uncertainty, there’s wisdom in our journey if we take the time to listen.
