Navigating Hormonal Acne: My Skincare Journey

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I’ve been on a journey with my skin—one that’s had its ups and downs, but lately, I’ve been seeing some encouraging progress. We’re not at the finish line yet, but the improvements over the past few weeks have definitely been motivating. A few of you have reached out to ask what I’ve been doing differently since it seems like things are looking up, so I wanted to share my routine and bring you along on this part of the journey.

First, a little disclaimer: I’m definitely not a doctor (and always recommend you consult yours). But here's what my dermatologist told me: "Good old-fashioned hormonal acne." Her advice was simple: simplify my skincare routine and combine oral medication with topical treatments to see the best results.

With Fashion Week now behind me, I’ve also cleaned up my makeup routine. I’ve been using Saie Beauty Slip Tint Tinted Moisturizer and washing my makeup brushes every other day to keep things fresh.
