Spring Capsule Wardrobe Must-Haves

Oh, this is fun! Let’s dive into spring wardrobe essentials. If I had to shop today, here’s what I’d go for + so many others in my ShopMy which I’ll link for you below:

  1. A Perfectly Tailored BlazerThis one from Frankie Shop is everything. Perfectly fitted, timeless, and works with anything.

  2. A Timeless Bag - I’m in love with the Hudson bag from Freja. It’s a classic shape that you will use forever, and they just released it in butter yellow, which is the color of the moment. I have a feeling that colorway will sell out, so get it while you can!

  3. An Effortless Jacket – All the cool girls are wearing something like this, and I’m obsessed. It’s one of those pieces that you just throw on and instantly look chic.

  4. A Classic Leather Jacket – Gun to my head, it’s this loose-fitting Napa Leather Jacket from Massimo Dutti. It’s got that effortless cool factor, and I’m all in.

  5. Chic Loafers - In my opinion, you should have a loafer for every season. For the spring, I would go for a pair that is lighter in weight and color. I fell in love with these boxy beauties, Le Carre Loafers from Jacquemus. A more affordable and just as cool option linked here from Flattered, the Bon Bon Loafer.

  6. A Great Pair of TrousersThese Harlow Wide Leg Trousers from Madewell are my new obsession. They’re comfy, stylish, and the price is right.

  7. A Pair of Comfortable Jeans – I’m officially done with tight jeans and no longer squeezing myself into anything like a sausage, thank you very much. These wide-leg jeans from Cos are everything. Super flattering and perfect for that cool girl vibe.

A small habit that’s made a big difference in your daily routine?

Colostrum—I know, I’ve mentioned it 9,000 times, but it’s truly been a game changer for my immunity, skin, hair, and nails. Plus, getting in bed at the same time every night, no matter what, keeps my circadian rhythm in check and ensures I get quality sleep, which is everything for me.

How do you handle friendships that start to feel one-sided?

I’ve shared this on the podcast before, but I’ll admit—I’m more of a lone wolf when it comes to friendships. I love my friends deeply, but I’m not always the best at staying in constant touch. I might send you a birthday voice note, but beyond that, I tend to let things flow naturally. At the end of the day, friendships should be uplifting. If a friendship isn’t making you feel good, why force it?

What’s your current “IYKYK” beauty product that everyone needs to try?

OKAY, trust me on these: the ELF Bronzing Drops Tinted Serum, LYS Setting Spray, and One/Size by Patrick Starr Ultimate Blurring Setting Powder. The bronzing drops give you a natural, sun-kissed glow without any stickyness or heaviness. The setting spray will lock your look in place all day, and the setting powder will have you looking airbrushed, LITERALLY.
