Then, I turn to one of my comfort shows, usually Grey’s Anatomy, Gossip Girl, or Orange is the New Black—something familiar that lets me zone out and unwind. There’s something so soothing about rewatching a show you already know and love; no surprises, no stress, just pure escapism.
